September 2026 Trip to Kentucky
This is for THURSDAY departure.
The September trip to Kentucky will be Thursday, September 17 to Sunday, September 20! We will return very early in the morning on Monday, September 21 (usually 2 or 3 AM).
Base price includes room, rental vehicle, and gas. 'Seminar' and 'Seminar & Video' cover seminar registration and the optional video; please select the option that matches your seminar registration form. 'Tournament' is the registration fee for the 2026 Fall Gathering and Tournament, held Saturday, September 19.
Full breakdown:
- Lodging, 2 nights: $200
- Vehicle Rental (7 person van): $100
- Gas*: $30
- Entwining Hands Seminar: $130
- Seminar Video: $40
- Tournament: $50
*Total gas costs will be split by all attendees travelling with the group, and calculated at the end of the trip. Refunds will be issued if possible.
** If you need to cancel your trip after you've paid, a $200 non-refundable deposit will be held.
